We love spicy food in Nepal, hence why sadeko dishes are popular in Nepal. The term “Sadeko” means “marination” in Nepali. Some of the popular sadeko dishes we have are peanut sadeko, aloo sadeko, bhatmas sadeko, and momo sadeko.

Momo sadeko can be made from any meat, including vegetarian, chicken, pork, or beef. I am using chicken momo for this recipe. Marinated with spices and seasoning, momo sadeko is a delicious side dish or can be served as a main course.

It is suitable for people who love spicy food. Here is a simple momo sadeko recipe you must try.
