#Noodles

  • Wai Wai noodles: It is available in two flavors, chicken and vegetarian. Either will be fine.

#Vegetables

  • Cilantro
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Frozen vegetables

Note: Feel free to add any vegetable of your choice. (Cabbage, green pepper or leafy greens)

#Seasoning: Salt to taste

#Oil: Oil

#Spices: turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and Kashmiri powder

#1. Heat the oil in the skillet. Once hot, add garlic and cook for a minute. Add chopped onion and cook until soft.

#2. After that, add the vegetables to the pan and cook until tender.

#3. Add the spices (turmeric, coriander, cumin, and Kashmiri powder) and Wai Wai packet seasonings to the pan. Combine everything well.

Add seasonings.

#4. Add an egg and mix it, then let it cook for a few minutes.

#5. Then, add wai wai noodles to the pan. Add 2 cups of water. Stir well.

Note: Simply add more water to the pot if you prefer a thinner consistency for your noodle soup.

#6. Cook the noodles for about 10 minutes with the lid on stirring occasionally. Check to see if the noodles are cooked, and if not, cook for a few more minutes.

#7. Taste and adjust seasoning (salt) if needed. Garnish with cilantro and serve it hot.
