#Sardines: Canned sardines. You can use either sardines in water or oil for this recipe. Both options will work just fine. In this recipe, I am using sardines in water.

#Seasonings: Garlic powder, onion powder, Kashmiri powder or paprika powder, salt and pepper.

#Coating: Plain flour and egg.

#Oil: Olive oil or any vegetable oil of your choice.

#1. Drain the oil or water from canned Sardines. Transfer it to the bowl.

#2. Add spices and seasoning (onion powder, garlic powder, red chili kashmiri powder and cilantro).

#3. Add the flour and egg to the bowl. Next, combine everything well. 

#4. Use your hands to make small flat patties.
